Felicia Mbeledogu is the Managing Director of WealthStream and before her current position she was Director of Human Capital Advisory Services at Akintola Williams Deloitte. She has over twenty (20) years of HR experience, covering lead human resources consulting and organizational development initiatives. Her experience in human resource consulting includes recruitment, competency assessment, performance and career management, and training & development. She has handled top recruitment assignments for various positions including Managing Directors, Executive Directors and other Senior Managerial level positions for clients in both public and private sectors.
Felicia is a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria (IMCON). She has invaluable experience in organizational development, covering organization review, restructuring and design, change management and management and leadership development. Mrs. Mbeledogu facilitates in global training and contributes in the development of methodologies and leadership thoughts. She is a highly skilled and experienced facilitator.
Pat Anyaegbunam is a balanced scorecard enthusiast with most recent career focus on banking, financial planning & analysis, strategy mapping and performance metrics, he brings a vast international perspective to financial services, organizational performance management and corporate governance consulting. Additionally, as certified public accountant, integral leadership coach and a chartered financial analyst, Anyaegbunam brings over twenty (20) years of financial consulting and leadership training experience to WealthStream. Drawing from his research work with emphasis on global best practices in organizational change management and governance economics, he is currently completing his second book focused on the new economics of global competition. Prior to his current position at AON Corporation, Anyaegbunam held various finance and consulting positions at Diamond Consulting, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Bridget Sokan, PhD, MNIM, is a Professor of Education specializing in Guidance and Counselling. Bridget Sokan is an Educationist whose teaching career spans more than three decades with seventeen years' experience at the Tertiary Level. Her education career brought her into Educational administration at the Grassroots, State and Federal levels. She was at different times a Commissioner for Education, Chairperson of the Basic Education Board in Ogun state. She was also a Pioneer Director of Teacher Training and Curriculum Development at the Universal Basic Education Programme from year 2000-2004 and rose to become the Deputy Executive Secretary (Services) at the Universal Basic Education Commission from the year 2004-2009.
She vired into Human Capital Development in 1986 and was at different times trained by International Institutions like the World Bank Institute Washington DC, Crown Agents Worthing England and SETYM Canada respectively. She has been in full time consulting from 2009 till date and has consulted for Agencies at the States and Federal levels. Some of such Agencies are: Nicon Insurance, Financial Institutions Training Centre, State Civil Service Commissions and State Basic Education Boards (SUBEBS), apart from facilitating in several other Agencies. Her areas of emphasis include Project Management, Leadership skills, Conflict and Crisis Management, Communication skills and Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and a visiting Professor at the Nigerian Turkish Nile University Abuja.
Ike Mbeledogu, PhD, is our Principal Technology Leadership Consultant with specialty in Applied Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering. His professional focus spans many areas where continuum mechanics can be applied to real life problems. He also has special interest in practical Electrical Engineering applications and a flair for Technology Leadership Development.
Dr. Mbeledogu is involved in various local and international engineering research initiatives and has authored three books and numerous articles. He is a Member of the Computational Mechanics Inc. (CMI), a leading engineering think tank (with headquarters in the United Kingdom) focused on the modeling of engineering problems.
Dr. Mbeledogu has carried out several consultancy engagements for the energy sector and has facilitated several courses and training programs for the petroleum and marine industries. He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering.
Omotayo Omotosho, MFR, brings a depth of experience and reach to corporate promotion. A Media & Public Relations Practitioner and the CEO of Pacesetters Communications, she is also the initiator of the National Television public enlightenment program Towards a Greater Nigeria, former Chairman, Governing Board, Lagos State Broadcasting Corporation, and former Director-General, Nigerian Tourism Development Corporation. In acknowledging here significant contributions to national development over the years, the Federal Government of Nigeria awarded her the National Honors of Member, Federal Republic in 2006. She is passionate about public enlightenment and national re-orientation.
Emmanuel Obidimma, PhD, is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Law, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka in Anambra State. He has over twenty two (22) years of legal practice experience in different areas of Law. He has also taught Law for almost the same number of years. As a versatile, highly skilled and experience resource person, Dr. Obidimma has been a facilitator for over fifteen (15) in such areas as Conflict Management, Economic Empowerment & Development Strategies, Planning for Retirement, Business Marketing and Customer Services amongst others. An expert in property acquisition modalities and conveyancing, Dr. Obidimma is a motivational speaker and ventures into current National Socio- Economic and Political issues.
